Is your chikankari hand-embroidered?

Yes. Our chikankari pieces are hand-embroidered by artisans in Lucknow, so small variations in the work are a mark of genuine handcraft.

How do I care for chikankari?

Hand wash gently in cold water with mild detergent, or dry clean. Do not wring or bleach. Dry in shade and iron on the reverse side.

How can I pay?

All orders are prepaid. You can pay securely online at checkout with UPI, debit or credit card, netbanking or wallets. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on orders of ₹999 and above; otherwise a flat ₹99 applies.

Do you ship outside India?

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is coming soon — WhatsApp us and we’ll let you know when it’s available.

How long will delivery take?

Orders dispatch in 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 3–8 business days after that.

What sizes do you have?

Our chikankari sets come in sizes XXS to 10XL.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, within 7 days of delivery for size issues, or if the item is damaged, defective or wrong. The item must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached, and an unboxing video is needed for damage claims. See our Refund & Exchange Policy for full details.

Can I get a refund?

We don’t offer refunds on delivered orders; eligible issues are resolved by exchange or store credit. Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded to the original payment method. See our Refund & Exchange Policy.
